Shipping Carrier

Standard Europe and Standard International orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that Europe and International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over it or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.

 

Click and Collect in Zürich, Talacker 21

If you are in Switzerland, you can choose «Click and Collect» at checkout. You’ll get an email when your order is ready for pick up. Usually it takes 1 – 2 business days, as not all items are located in Zürich.

 

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery or pick up date. The products must be in unworn condition. Please contact us by email or phone to request a return authorization or bring the goods to the store. We do not cover the return shipping fees.

No refund on reduced items! Instead, we will issue a voucher for your next purchase.
In case of a defect please contact us. 10 days right of return.
